Corzetti Pasta with Sesame Seeds and Gorgonzola Cheese
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
300 gr gorgonzola cheese, diced
extra virgin olive oil
salt and black pepper
Prepare the corzetti pasta dough by using this recipe.
Cover the bottom of a pan with some extra virgin olive oil and place on low heat. Add the diced gorgonzola cheese and stir until it melts but still holds some shape and texture.
Cook the corzetti pasta until al dente, drain and add to the melted gorgonzola cheese. Toss to combine.
Place the pasta in serving plates and top each with sesame seeds and black pepper. Serve immediately.
